- 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s dijon mustard with white wine
- 1/2 c. organic mayonnaise
- 1/4 t. Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 t. fresh ground pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 large or 2 small lemons, juiced
- 2 packages organic free-range chicken tenders
- Combine marinade ingredients until well blended.
- Pour over chicken breasts and toss to be sure each piece is evenly coated.
- Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes (or up to an hour in the refrigerator).
- Place on hot grill and turn frequently until chicken is charred and no longer pink inside.
